Returns & Refunds Policy
Our French Bulldog t-shirts are intentionally designed and clearly described before purchase so customers can order with confidence.
The policy below explains how returns and refunds are handled so expectations are aligned from the start.
Please read it carefully so that you know how we handle returns, refunds and exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to qualify.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition
- Free of wear, washing, odors, or damage
- With original tags, if applicable
We do not charge restocking fees.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Because our Frenchie t-shirts are designed using a relaxed unisex fit and detailed thoroughly on our Fit & Fabric Guide, we encourage customers to review sizing carefully before ordering.
Returns based on fit preference are accepted within the 30-day window, provided items meet the eligibility requirements above.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@streetpawsapparel.com.
Tell us:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
We will reply with return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Street Paws Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
Refund Processing Timeline
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- After issuance, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Items returned in non-original condition may be subject to partial refund or denial.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style:
- Return the original item following the return process above
- Place a new order for the replacement item
This approach ensures accurate fulfillment and faster processing.
Customized & Personalized Items
All customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Because customized items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Size selection errors
- Preference changes
- Design or personalization choices made at checkout
Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, including sale or clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@streetpawsapparel.com.
Tell us:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will make it right.
European Union & United Kingdom Customers
The following applies only to orders shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
This right does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized items
- Made-to-order items
- Items marked final sale
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
