1. SHIPPING & TRACKING

Q: Where do you ship from?

A. All tees are printed and fulfilled in the USA via our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. 

Q: How long before my order ships?

A. Production takes 2-4 business days. Shipping time depends on your location (USA- 3-5 days; international, 7-15 days). 

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A. Not yet but we plan to offer it soon.

Q: How can I track my package?

A. A tracking link will land in your inbox as soon as your order ships. 


2. PRODUCTS & SIZING

Q: What brand of shirts do you use?

A: We use Comfort Colors brand shirts made of American-grown, ring-spun cotton that's incredibly soft on the skin. Comfort Colors garment dyes their t shirt colors in a beautiful array of nuanced shades that other brands do not offer. In addition, Comfort Colors maintains eco-friendly production practices and treats its employees and suppliers with respect. 

Q: How do I pick the right size? 

A: Check the detailed size chart on every product page. If you prefer a looser fit, order one size up.

Q: Do the designs crack or peel?

A: Rarely if ever, because we only offer Comfort Colors brand shirts which are made with the highest possible quality standards. Comfort Colors shirts have a great reputation for not shrinking or fading even after many washings. That said, it's best to wash your Comfort Colors shirts as follows: wash them inside out in cold water or on a gentle cycle with mild, bleach-free detergent. Tumble dry on low or better yet, air drty to preserve colors long-term. Wash new shirts separately or with like colors because Comfort Colors' acclaimed garment-dye process can cause some dyes to bleed. 


3. CARE & MATERIALS

Q: How should I wash my shirt?

A: Turn inside-out, cold wash, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. No bleach or dry cleaning.

Q: Will my shirt shrink?

A. Shrinkage will be minimal (less than 5%) if you follow the care instructions.


4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q. What's your return policy?

A. Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please email us to confirm that you plan to return. Our email address is: support@streetpawsapparel.com.

Q. What If My Shirt Arrives Damaged?

A. Snap a few photos of the damage and email it to us at support@streetpawsapparel.com within 7 days of package delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a refund ASAP. 

Q. Can I exchange for a different size?

A. Absolutely. Return the original shirt and we'll ship the new size once we receive it. 


5. CUSTOMIZATION

Q. Can I change colors or add custom text?

A. We will be offering customization starting in early 2026 or before


6. BULK ORDERS

Q. Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?

A. Yes. We offer volume pricing for purchases of 12 or more t shirts of the same design. Please email us at support@streetpawsapparel.com. 


7. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Q. Do You Run Sales?

A. Yes we do, once in a while. Just join our mailing list for exclusive deals and early access to new drops.

Q. Can I stack discounts?

A. Usually not. Only one promo code per order, but codes can be combined with free-shipping thresholds. 


8. SUSTAINABILITY

Q. Are your shirts eco-friendly?

A. Yes. We print only what's ordered so we have zero overstock and zero waste. Plus we use Comfort Colors brand shirts which maintain eco-friendly production practices.


9. PAYMENT METHODS & SECURITY

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Q. Is my payment secure?

A. Absolutely. We take the highest possible security measures to protect your privacy and security.


10. ACCOUNT  

Q. Do I need an account to order?

A. No—guest checkout works fine, but an account lets you view order history and save addresses.

 

11. UNSUBSCRIBING TO EMAILS

Q. How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

A. Easy. Every email contains an unsubscribe link in the footer. Just scroll down to the bottom of the email and click "unsubscribe."
